You never expected to be in this position. You have always been able to manage things and relationships in your life. It feels different now. Oftentimes we feel stuck or uncertain where our solutions to life’s difficulties are. Everyone feels overwhelmed at times and as though things in life are off track. You don’t have to search for your answers alone.

In the busy-ness of our lives, we know when things are out of balance whether it is due to what is happening now or living this way for too long. You turn to others for support but sometimes they offer their answers that don’t seem to match what you feel are your answers. You are ready to be truly listened to, without judgment, and to look at those things in your life that are making you feel “stuck”. Working through to your answers with someone who is not connected to your life in other ways can often be a safe and comfortable place to explore your solutions.

You are ready to see the light at the end of the tunnel and to start to live in that light.
